2019 October Race - Trick or Treat

Holiday themes are always appealing for the team to use when building promotions. The challenge comes down to how you take a single day and make it relevant for a whole month, especially when you know you're also going run promotions for that specific day. I came up with an idea that would push the limits of what what our platform could support in terms of animation while creating a design and color scheme that wouldn't compete directly with our Halloween specific promotion. The CMS that we upload files to has a 10MB file size limit and animated gifs at some of these larger sizes can run well beyond that, especially if you want a lot of animation and want to maintain high amounts of detail and color depth. I did ultimately find a solution to deliver on a quality result.
